EACH PARTICIPANT IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM. If you're coming as a couple please both complete the form.
The reason for this form is that we prioritize creating safe spaces where the beings in it have a similar level of tools and experience to navigate sex-positive spaces and ceremonial spaces.
FOR THIS EVENT WE ARE ONLY RECEIVING PARTICIPANTS WITH EXPERIENCE.
The process from here works as follows:
1) Fill this form if you already have experience in temple or sacred sexuality workshop.
2) Pay your deposit to confirm your application.
3) Complete this form by uploading the payment proof
3) We review your application and if we feel it's not alignment with the group, we will inform you and refund your deposit. If it feels aligned we'll also let you know and will share more details closer to the event.

"I understand some exercises are spiritual and sexual, and I accept full responsibility for my actions and experiences and that the guides and organizers are not in any way held responsible for my actions, experiences, or the actions of others.
I commit to respectful interactions, clear communication, and honoring my boundaries and those of others. I will express concerns to guides and organizers if needed, and will monitor my participation, respecting my physical and emotional limits.
I will ask for help if I need it and seek guidance if I feel uncomfortable."
